I’m in Baltimore, a bunch of people on dirt bikes just rode in doing wheelies and shit. Have I missed something? Is there an event going on or something?

Sometimes inner city kids do this instead of gang stuff. Ex members start clubs to keep kids out of trouble (you know, because dirtbike wheelies on the street are safe and 100% legal...)

Is this a new thing in Baltimore? When I lived in Harlem, assholes were always out doing stupid stuff on ATVs and dirt bikes whenever it would start getting warm. I learned to block it out, with the exception of the schmbags who would drive on sidewalks.
